BC Kyiv continued their Superleague winning tradition, having defeated Kryvbassbasket Lux 75:56 on the road.

Kryvbassbasket took advantage of a bit of Kyiv’s mistakes at the start of the contest, making Tomo Mahoric call time, which sorted things out and allowed his team to take a 18:21 lead at the end of quarter 1.

Kyiv continued to grow their lead in the second quarter, but were puzzled by Kryvbassbasket’s zone and failed to score for two and a half minutes. Another time out by Mahoric fixed the offense and Kyiv entered the intermission with an 11-point cushion.

The visitors had little difficulty holding on to the lead thereafter, claiming 14th straight Superleague victory.

Artur Drozdov scored team-high 22 points for Kyiv. Manuchar Markoishvili added 20.

Meanwhile, Kyiv’s Farm team blew their opponents out with a 102:44 win.
