BC Kyiv beat DniproAZOT in the first round of Superleague regular season - 82:80 (16:21, 28:14, 21:31, 17:14). Most valuable player for the winners was Maksym Pustozvonov, who finished the game with 26 points (8/11 2pts, 2/3 3pts, 4/4 ft), 10 rebounds, 3 steals and a total ranking of 35.

Without injured Denys Lukashov  and Oleg Saltovets  BC Kyiv coach Vitaliy Cherniy used in rotation only nine players. Interesting, that Kyiv’s starting five scored 80 points (the same number as hole visiting team). And back-up players, who came to the game from the bench, added only two. But it was decisional two points. Three seconds before the end of the game Daniil Maznev grab offensive rebound and made 2-point shot! DniproAZOT was trying to save the game, but Viacheslav Kravtsov blocked Miguel’s Morton shot directly at the buzzer!
