BC Kyiv defeated Grifony on the road 68:95 to protect their 4th spot in the Ukrainian Superleague.
Kyiv put pressure on Grifony's guard Predrag Miletic right from the start of the contest, limiting the home side to just 3 scored points during the first 6 minutes of the contest. That was enough for the visitors to finish the first quarter up by 12.
Kyiv went on to outscore the opponents 7:34 during the second stanza. Maxim Pustozvonov, who finished the game with 16 points, led the way with 8 during the stretch.
After the intermission Kyiv managed to gaining a 43-point advantage - 19:62. Of course, after that it was clear who will grab a win.
